Reviews and Ratings
This hotel is set in a quiet area with perks like watching Netflix on the telly. The rooms come with games and internet access, but there was a faint sewer smell in the bathroom and hallway. The service was top-notch, arranging coffees for our group and offering cute pastries with handwritten notes. The location is a bonus, being close to Galway City and a gateway to the stunning Connemara. The dining offered good value for money, and the facilities were impressive with a variety of choices available.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, offering great value for money. It was located in a quiet area as I had requested, although there were some minor issues with the room itself. The service was exceptional, with super friendly and helpful staff. The location, on the edge of the Connemara Peninsula, was a bit messy with cables hanging around but offered easy access to the stunning Connemara and a peaceful setting by the sea. The dining experience at Pins Gastrobar was fantastic, with made-to-order dishes and a very pleasant waiter. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing the overall experience.
I was blown away by the amazing room at the hotel, which was in pristine condition and even had a special treat for my birthday. The outstanding service, fantastic food, and beautiful location in a lovely village just outside Galway City made this trip truly unforgettable.
The hotel had beautiful rooms, each hallway was nice but too hot. The service was simply brilliant, with friendly and helpful staff, and lovely beauty products provided. The location was good, close to Galway City but also convenient for the attractions of Connemara. The dining experience was delicious with free vouchers for tea and coffee at check-out. The facilities were top-notch, making the stay enjoyable.
The hotel offers amazing rooms with record players, a bar with treats, and knowledgeable staff for an excellent meal, although some equipment had malfunctions. The hotel accommodated us by dividing the room into two beds for our boys, but for a basic room, the price was a bit high.
I was delighted with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were great, especially with the record player and selection of vinyl records to play. However, they could have been a bit brighter with a few extra lights. I booked two lovely spacious rooms that even came with a doggie bed and bowls, along with welcome treats for all of us, including a goodie bag for our furry friend Buster. It would have been ideal if there was at least one single bed for more comfort, especially for a teenager.
